Level 1 — Documentation verified
We confirm pricing, free/trial availability, device compatibility, plan limits and named integrations from current official vendor pages. Commercial pages include a dated source ledger, while the Data Room normalizes public pricing and compatibility into reusable comparison tables.
Level 2 — Hands-on workflow test
When testing is completed, we add original screenshots and document the hardware, account plan and date. The minimum workflow is to pair a real player, create a playlist, schedule a change, publish remotely and reboot the device.
Level 3 — Longer deployment evidence
Only sustained use can justify claims about reliability, operational friction or support quality. Those claims should describe the actual test environment rather than generalizing beyond it.
How recommendations are made
We weight hardware compatibility, realistic cost, ease of routine updates, scheduling, content/integration fit and multi-location controls according to the use case. No single platform is automatically “best” on every page.
